I have a dream that has sprung up since I started camping.
I would like to camp in various places all over Japan.
This time I came to the campsite I was longing for.
I came to the camper’s sanctuary “Doshinomori”.
I came to the expedition camp for the first time since I started camp.
This time I chose the riverside site.
I was very healed by the beautiful sound of the river.
I’m looking forward to what kind of camp it will be.
The lowest temperature on this day is about 3 ℃
The temperature difference was about 20 degrees Celsius compared to the usual place.
When the wind blows, the sensible temperature feels colder.
However, if you think that you can camp in a completely different environment than usual
I can’t stop feeling excited.
As rumored, the scenery of “Doshinomori” was wonderful, and that was the reason why many campers visited. It was the best place anyway.
Let’s warm up with a bonfire.
First, light the lantern.

This time, I have prepared both hardwoods and soft woods.
Butting for burning.
Feather stick making is the most concentrated moment in the camp.
Burn with cedar leaves.
It burns well and smells good.
Just a bonfire really warms my body.
Let’s brew coffee and warm it up.
I love the aroma of coffee beans spreading in the forest.
I’m hungry so let’s make lunch.
For lunch, I will make hot sandwiches.
Mayonnaise on bread with melted butter
Put the usual ham and cheese on it.
Then put the tuna and corn on it.
I always put more than one dose. ..
Gently cover it with cheese to make a base,
Finally, put the soft-boiled egg on it!

I found a branch that could be used as a lantern hanger,
so let’s cut it for the time being.

Make an anhydrous oil pot with pork ribs, garlic and sesame oil!
Lightly fry the garlic in sesame oil.
Then, Chinese cabbage and pork ribs are lined up alternately.
Then add Japanese Bonito broth and charred garlic,
Finally, add Chili pepper and simmer.
Simmer slowly.
I want to simmer hot and warm up to the core of my body.
Ready with ponzu and yuzu pepper. ＊Ponzu is a popular sauce used in Japan made of soy sauce and citrus juices.
